Mr. Mutlaq Al Sanei –  General Manager, Kuwait Authority for Partnership Projects

Mutlaq Al Sanei is the General Manager of Kuwait Authority for Partnership Projects (KAPP).

He is also a board member at Kuwait Finance House and the Chairman of Health Assurance Hospitals Company in Kuwait.

He was the Director of Follow Up Department – General Reservation sector at Kuwait Investment Authority. With an experience of more than 30 years in the management of diversified investments across the Middle East and North Africa and around 10 years in the management of real estate and tourism projects in North Africa, Al Sanei has been a Board Member at some well-known institutions such as Kuwait Economic Society, The Arab Investment Company in kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait. He was the chairman of Kuwaiti Tunisian Group for Development and the Kuwaiti Company for Small Projects.

Al Sanei received his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Kuwait University.
